Canadian Ch Guelph 2015.7.13 Position after 19 moves. White has an obvious advantage, his Kingside initiative having grown to the point that one would be surprised if some sacrifice in the coming moves will not win. The question I pose, however, is whether White can not force a decisive win of material with the immediate 20.Nxh6!? PxN 21.Rf6. If the Queen moves then it is simply mate on h6.

Najdorf Mem Warsaw 2015.7.11 Position after 25 moves. A sharp position! White has absolute control of the e-file and a lot of firepower in play. Black however, has no weaknesses and has captured a Bishop on g2 (which White must still recover). And let us not forget about the passed d-pawn. But how should White proceed, as intuitively White must be better?
If 26.Kxg2 Rxe8 27.Qxe8 Rd8 and everything is undercontrol. The same is true after 26.Rxc8 Qxc8 Finally, after the rash 26.Nxg7?! Kxg7 I just don’t see anything for White…
WHITE TO PLAY AND CRUSH!
