Yerevan 5- 3-2014.
1. Nf3 Nf6 2. c4 g6 3. Nc3 Bg7 4. e4 d6 5. d4 O-O 6. Be2 e5 7. O-O exd4 8. Nxd4 Re8 9. f3 c6 10. Kh1 Nh5 11. g4 Nf6 12. Bf4 h5 13. Nf5!!?? gxf5 14. gxf5 Bf8?! 15. Rg1 Kh7?! 16. Qe1 Bh6 17. Bxh6 Kxh6 18. Qh4 Nfd7 19. Qg3 Qf6 20. Rad1
Here Black resigned, the threat of Rxd6 having no good defence. With all of Black’s pieces undeveloped, resistance is futile. However, for my readers it should be pointed out that if Black plays 20…d5!? then White has the spectacular 21.Rxd5!! maintaining all of the threats!

If now 21…PxR (the threat is 22.Rd6) 22.Nxd5 with mate in the next few moves
