Classy, Fabulous and Finely Assorted
But will she still respect you in the morning?

Who cares? As J.D.Salinger wrote in ‘Catcher in the Rye’: “If a girl looks swell when she meets you, who gives a damn if she’s late?” What happens from then on…enjoy your immagination!
Smiling as a last resort…

Somebody forgot to smile?
Nguyen Ngoc Loan, the national police chief (and general) of South Vietnam, executed a Vietcong fighter, Nguyen Van Lem, in Saigon on Feb. 1, 1968 durng the Tet Offensive. He just walked over to him, didn’t say a word, took out his gun and shot him in the temple. BANG!
Our world is so fucked up that Nguyen Ngoc Loan later immigrated to America and opened up a Pizza restaurant in Virginia. He died of cancer at age 67.
The photographer, Eddie Adams, won the Pulitzer Prize. It made his career.
He became a celebrity the world over. Eddie died peacefully in his sleep in 2004. Probably smiling…
And the victim…
What can one really say about him? His luck had run out and, who knows, maybe he knew he was on a suicide mission. But he forgot to smile. It may not have saved him, but it was his last card to play…
What is a shithole?

Still smiling after all these years. It can get you far! There is a moral here, somewhere. Never forget that…smiling is for heros and/or desperate men at the end of the line, having fucked up big time and having absolutely nothing more to lose. The smile might get you killed or it might get you elected President.
