Makropoulos & Fake News
Makro & Co. try to shit on Africa (again!)
It all started earlier this week when Malcolm Pein quoted a fellow Telegraph journalist whom he had earlier (deliberately ?) misinformed about the Kenyan Chess Federation chairman ‘s recent visit to the World Cup in Russia.
This was then immediately picked up by Malcolm’s running mate in the 2018 FIDE presidential race, Georgios Makropoulos, who then falsely accused Arkady Dvorkovich of corruption in trying to ‘buy’ the Kenyan president’s vote. Infact, Makro has tweeted of little else since.
In an era of flagrant moral bankruptcy, such fake news stories are all part of the game of politics. Unfortunately for Makro & Co., their actions are easy to see thru. Africa is going to vote BIG for Dvorkovich at the upcoming FIDE elections in Batumi.
