French democracy under attack!
PLATO, HOLLANDE and ‘RAMBOIS’

Following Friday’s tragic episode in Paris, Francois Hollande–perhaps the most UNPOPULAR president the French Republique has ever known–has once more pounced upon the opportunity to restrict the rights of all French citizens and to increase his own already EXTRAORDINARY powers. This is what Plato wrote thousands of years ago…

“Democracy makes democratic laws, tyranny makes tyrannical laws, and so with the others. And they declare what they have made – what is to their advantage – to be just for their subjects, and they punish anyone who goes against this as lawless and unjust. This, then, is what I say justice is, the same in all cities, the advantage of the established rule.”
— The Sophist Thrasymachus in a dialog with Socrates in Plato’s The Republic
