Yuri Garrett Completely Out of Control!
It has been a particularly difficult week for FIDE ‘Fair Play’ committee member Yuri Garrett. After he published incriminating material on his FaceBook page last weekend regarding his alleged role in the Igor Rausis’ cheating incident, he has received almost universal condemnation for his methods and over zealous behaviour.
Today I received the following letter from him….I am still laughing!
